The mooncakes are meticulously crafted and are filled with delectable smooth white lotus paste and baked to golden brown perfection. The sweet white lotus paste is complemented by the salted egg yolk, and pleases the palates with a superb balance of sweet and savoury. The white lotus paste with melon seeds offers a satisfying crunch in every bite and a healthier option.
The traditional baked mooncakes will be presented a chic and sturdy orange suitcase, complete with vintage brown trimming, shiny gold hardware and a matching leather luggage tag. The suitcases can be reused for other storage purposes by removing the inserts.
